"Fresh food, solid overall"
I’ve ordered from roti a few times now, and it’s been good. The veggies taste fresh every time, not all soggy or like they’ve been sitting around forever. The chicken was solid too, nothing weird about it. I don’t know, it just feels like they actually pay attention to the ingredients instead of throwing random stuff together. I’d order from them again.

"Food Was Fine, Place Felt Dirty"
Food was okay. Nothing special, but not bad. The place though... didn’t feel very clean. Tables had crumbs on them. Floor was sticky. Trash area was messy too. I know it gets busy. I get that. But still, it kind of put me off eating there. Staff was polite enough, no issue there. Just wish they kept the dining area in better shape. Not sure I’d go back to this location

"easy pickup"
i ordered ahead for pickup and it was ready right when they said it would be. the bag was packed neatly, the food was still warm, and the staff handed it over super quick. no hassle at all. i’d definitely do pickup here again...

"Always shows up when they say"
I’ve ordered from Roti a handful of times now, and the main thing I keep noticing is that the delivery is just really dependable.

The food shows up when the app says it will, which is basically all I’m asking for during a busy workday, and my last order even got there a little early, still warm, with the driver actually following the drop-off notes instead of calling me from some random spot confused about where to go.

There’s not a ton more to it, it just works, and I’ll definitely keep ordering when I need something easy that gets here on time.

I ordered from roti the packaging was really solid. Everything arrived neat, nothing spilled, and the food still looked great when it got to me. The bowls were sealed well and the bag felt sturdy, not flimsy or messy at all. It’s a small thing, but it definitely makes the whole delivery experience better. I’d definitely order again

I don’t know, I just have a good feeling about their rewards program. I usually grab lunch there anyway, and the points seem to add up faster than I expected. It’s nice getting free stuff here and there without really having to think about it.

I’m dairy-sensitive, so ordering bowls online can be stressful. roti made it simple, the menu clearly showed what had dairy, and swaps were easy, no awkward fuss.

My chicken bowl came exactly right, with veggies and sauces I could actually eat. Didn’t feel like a compromise at all. Always nice when dietary stuff isn’t made into a whole thing

The food here is decent, and to be fair, I’ve enjoyed what I’ve ordered most times. That said, after coming a few times, the menu starts to feel a little limited. I don’t think it’s bad at all, I just wish they had a few more options or switched things up once in a while to keep it interesting.

"Easy to Customize Every Time"
I order from roti often because I can change up almost everything, which is great for me since I’m a little picky. The bowl, pita, sauces, extra veggies, different proteins, all of it is easy to choose without making the whole thing confusing. The food has been fresh every time I’ve had it too. It’s just nice having a options without it feeling like too much...

"Good food, but the catering setup was a bit frustrating"
I ordered catering from Roti for a work lunch, and to be fair, the food tasted good and the portions were decent. That said, the delivery showed up a little late, and a few of the items were mixed up, which made setting everything up more stressful than it needed to be. Everyone still ate and it all worked out, but i expected the whole process to go a bit more smoothly.

I had to reach out to roti.com about my order, and they did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. The reply was helpful enough once it came through, so I can’t really complain too much. I’ve dealt with other food delivery/customer support teams before that were faster with updates, so this felt a little average in comparison. Overall, not bad service, just room to improve on response time.

Most of the time my order comes out quickly, which I appreciate because I’m usually not trying to wait around forever. That said, during the lunch rush it can slow down a bit, and you can tell the staff is kind of scrambling, not their fault, it just gets busy. Overall, it’s not bad at all, just depends on the day and timing...
